High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a gritty workout that challenges you to step outside your comfort zone!

Instructors lead you through intervals that alternate between high intensity and rest/recovery. You’ll ramp up your heart rate and then back off for a brief period of recovery — before getting back at it at high intensity.

You’ll feel the burn — but you’ll also keep torching calories long after your workout is over. HIIT at our Missoula gym is an amazing cardio workout that also conditions your body and strengthens endurance.

You’ll also find Les Mills group classes on our schedule, with sessions that include BodyPump, Grit Cardio, and BodyFlow. Whether you’re looking for a high impact working or something more relaxing and restorative, we have the class for you!
