The Spa at The PEAK

Please arrive with a minimum of 15 minutes in advance of salon and spa treatments. Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may shorten or reschedule your service. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment.

1st Time No Show – It’s on us! No worries… We all get busy and forget.

2nd Time No Show – 50% due.

3rd Time No Show – 100% due.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and SPA menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
All service sales and gift card sales are final. Retail items can only be refunded in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in Store credit only.
Please respect the right to a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for all guests. We ask that you refrain from talking loudly and that you turn off all cell phones.
