Stephen specializes in fitness conditioning and sports performance. He has trained athletes of all levels including high school, collegiate and professional (MLB, PGA, MMA). Stephen has coached basketball, volleyball and track and has a background in comprehensive golf conditioning. His training is result driven, functional, emphasizing joint integrity, strength, flexibility, vertical jump and weight loss. Stephen's interests include hunting, fishing, boating on Flathead Lake, horseback riding and calf roping.

Shane believes exercise is the best medicine you can give your body. He specializes in core and strength training, plyometric training, lifestyle changes, endurance training and has experience with clinical exercise training. Shane enjoys basketball, floating the rivers of Western Montana, fishing and hiking.

Chris specializes in sports performance, aerobic/anaerobic endurance (triathletes, marathoners, mid-distance running), muscular endurance, weight loss and maximizing speed/power (track & field). Core values include hard work, self-discipline, and repetition. He firmly believes anyone can access an increased quality of life and self-confidence through achieving ones unique fitness goals and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Chris grew up in Fort Benton and his past athletic career comprised of high school/collegiate football and track. In addition to Personal Training, Chris coaches local high school track/field and football.

Jen is the Group Fitness Director and personal trainer at The PEAK. She specializes in exercise programming for people with chronic conditions and physical limitations. She has over 17 years of experience working with a variety of clients including stroke recovery, joint replacement, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, autoimmune disorders and cancer recovery. As a breast cancer survivor, Jen has a personal connection to those who have fought and survived. Jen strives to motivate and inspire people of all fitness levels in a safe & encouraging environment. Her goal is to create an experience for all to feel welcome, successful and capable of reaching their fitness goals. Jen’s core values are hard work, consistency and care. She has spent extensive time developing skills, technique mastery and earning advanced and elite certifications in group fitness. She believes that you should never stop learning and always strive to be the very best you can be. In her spare time, Jen enjoys traveling and outdoor activities with her partner, John. Her greatest joys in life are her children Zane and Kelcie, son-in-law Josh and granddaughter Isla.

Grace has a passion for strength and health. She firmly believes exercise is medicine and enjoys helping people achieve their best quality of life, whether their goals are health or performance. Grace has been an athlete her whole life and has been a competitive Olympic Weightlifter for Team USA since 2017. She has a strong background in strength training, CrossFit, Cross Country running, yoga, basketball, volleyball-even did a brief Powerlifting stint. When Grace is not training or working, she loves traveling the world, exploring Montana, spending time with family and friends, and playing fetch with her cat, Simba.
