Small group training at our Missoula gym includes sessions like women’s strength, conditioning, runners endurance, and high school and middle school sports performance.

Small group training offers more personal attention from the trainer — but with the added benefit of your group and their energy!

Our turf area accommodates multiple people in multiple stations and features equipment like rogue bikes, rowers, slam balls, verti balls, ropes, core bags, jump boxes, dumbbells, TRX, and plated weights.

With limited class sizes, small group training at our Missoula fitness center offers a more personalized workout experience.
