Nat graduated from UM in 2019 and instead of putting her degree to work, she joined the health and wellness industry.
In her free time, she loves carving the mountain on her skis, staying up too late camping, lazily floating down the river, and taking her cats, Grover and Mogwai, on walks. The only thing she likes more than playing sports she isn't any good at, is talking a big game while playing sports she isn't any good at.
She used to teach aqua aerobics but now you can catch her on the track sweating through laps or hanging out in the membership office.
Born and raised in Missoula, Alec graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Child, Human, and Family Development. Before pursuing his passion for holistic wellness and functional fitness, Alec worked for over 15 years in the mental health industry providing quality care and rehabilitation for youth. As a cancer survivor, Alec understands the importance of both mental and physical wellness and believes we can all learn and grow every day.
In his free time, Alec enjoys motorcycles, mountain and gravel biking during the summer months and skiing powder Thursdays during the winter. He loves spending time with his wife, Morgan, their corgi, Pippin, and their kitty, Shadow.

Outside of working at the PEAK you can find her lifting, hiking, or whipping up a delicious meal!"
