Mike began his career in personal training in 1991. His first health club affiliation was the Lake Ballinger Athletic Club in North Seattle. Following his return to Missoula in 1994 he served as the Fitness Director at the Courthouse Sports and Fitness Club for 15 years. In 2007 Mike joined The PEAK fitness department as director.

Dylan specializes in core strength, sport specific training, functional weight training, and general fitness.

Juliet Maisch

Juliet believes that an active lifestyle and a nutrient-rich diet are the keys to unlocking abundant living. After sustaining major injuries in a car accident, she felt trapped by chronic pain for years. After proper stabilization and core strengthening she is free from pain and is physically capable of doing any activity she sets her mind to. Her passion is to help others find the same freedom by helping them obtain proper stabilization, strength, and mobility. She specializes in functional fitness, weight training, core strengthening, TRX suspended body weight training, and weight loss. Her goal is to help others grow to love exercise so it is something that they look forward to in their daily life. She has a strong background in running, snowboarding, hockey, soccer, rock climbing, and yoga. Her favorite thing to do is to explore the mountains, on foot in the summer and on her snowboard in the winter.

Marias McAdams

Marias is very passionate about strength and movement both in and out of the gym. She loves helping others reach their goals and feel the best they can. She truly believes that movement is the best medicine. After struggling with food and body image for most of her life, she now is dedicated to helping others feel their best and be their most confident. Marias has been an athlete for most of her life, growing up as a gymnast and lacrosse player with a passion for weight lifting and working out. When Marias isn't working, you will most likely find her hiking her dogs, rafting, backpacking, or traveling somewhere she can scuba dive.

Matthew is currently a student at The University of Montana School of Physical Therapy pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He is dedicated to enhancing people’s quality of life by working towards their health and fitness goals. He also has a variety of experiences in this field working in physical therapy clinics and coaching basketball teams. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, golf, and doing anything outdoors.
