Mike began his career in personal training in 1991. His first health club affiliation was the Lake Ballinger Athletic Club in North Seattle. Following his return to Missoula in 1994 he served as the Fitness Director at the Courthouse Sports and Fitness Club for 15 years. In 2007 Mike joined The PEAK fitness department as director.

Since moving to Montana, Dylan has participated in skiing, soccer, basketball, baseball and tennis. That desire of sports and performance became his focus of study when choosing a major at the University of Montana. Dylan believes the best way to stay healthy is to focus and train for activities you enjoy. Dylan specializes in core strength, sport specific training, functional weight training, and general fitness.

Carole has been in the Fitness industry for over a decade, starting in the industry as a Natural Figure Competitor she came to see an unhealthy side to the fitness industry and realized her passion to help others find balance and achieve their fitness & health goals without extreme measures. Coach Stefano specializes in corrective exercise, functional training, general fitness, rehabilitation and sport enhancement.
Angie has experience coaching strength and conditioning as well as teaching a variety of formats of Group Fitness. She enjoys helping people incorporate fitness in to their daily lives. Her goal is to help people step out of their comfort zone and reach their individual goals. Angie loves spending time outdoors hiking with her dogs, kayaking, surfing, running, and cooking healthy meals with her kids.

Marias is very passionate about strength and movement both in and out of the gym. She loves helping others reach their goals and feel the best they can. She truly believes that movement is the best medicine. After struggling with food and body image for most of her life, she now is dedicated to helping others feel their best and be their most confident. Marias has been an athlete for most of her life, growing up as a gymnast and lacrosse player with a passion for weight lifting and working out. When Marias isn't working, you will most likely find her hiking her dogs, rafting, backpacking, or traveling somewhere she can scuba dive.

Matthew is currently a student at The University of Montana School of Physical Therapy pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He is dedicated to enhancing people’s quality of life by working towards their health and fitness goals. He also has a variety of experiences in this field working in physical therapy clinics and coaching basketball teams. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, golf, and doing anything outdoors.
