Day Passes

Day passes are available at all locations for $15 per day. This includes access to the facility and access to all group fit classes scheduled that day. 

Day passes to our racket club are $25/day with a member and $30/day without a member.

FAQs

You can cancel in person by filling out a cancellation form at any PEAK Missoula service desk, or via email. Please email your request to membership@peakmissoula.com. All membership changes/cancellation requests must be received in writing or email 15 days prior to the end of the month to take effect before the next billing cycle. Billing cycles are completed on the first of each month.

No. Your membership is not based on usage or non-payment. It will renew on the first of each month until we receive notice to cancel or hold your membership at least 15 days prior to your next billing date (always the first of the month). Please see our cancel and hold policies. If you need to update billing, please contact the billing department at (406) 251-3344 ext 530.

Yes. Memberships can be placed on hold for medical, military, wildland firefighting, or vacation circumstances. All membership changes/cancellation requests must be received in writing or email 15 days prior to the end of the month to take effect before the next billing cycle. You can request a membership hold in person by filling out a hold request form at any PEAK Missoula service desk, meeting with a membership representative, or via email. Please email your request to membership@peakmissoula.com.

Holds can be for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 6 months.

A hold fee up to $20/month in place of your regular dues may apply depending on the circumstance of the hold. Please inquire with the membership department for details.

We offer discounted rates for spouses/significant others and/or children ages 14-20 when they add-on to your Club, Corporate, Tennis, Pickleball, or Downtown month-to-month membership (does not apply to Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, or Silver and Fit programs or any temporary membership type).

Individual family member’s have their own membership profile that is linked to the Primary Member of the account.

Billing methods can be different or the same for each individual on the account

No. Small group training, personal training, and Pilates/CoreAlign training is offered at a reduced rate for active PEAK Missoula members.

We do not, but you are welcome to bring one.

Yes. Towel service is an additional service offered at $5/month or $50/year for unlimited shower towels. To add towel service, please contact membership@peakmissoula.com or stop by the Blue Mountain or Downtown service desk.

You can update your billing via your MyiClub account. To log in, you will need your membership agreement number. Please contact us if you do not know your agreement number.

Children under the age of 14 are welcome to accompany you in the pool, track, and basketball court. All other areas of the gym (including weight room, cardio deck, and group fitness rooms) are off limits, even when accompanied by an adult. Children are not allowed in the Downtown location until they turn 14. Children must be added to the membership so we can have a liability waiver on file (free until they turn 14).

Children 14 and up are welcome to access the club without a parent. After your child turns 14, they will need to be set up on a paid membership. They can be added to a family membership (Club, Corporate, or Downtown Only) or on their own on a Student membership.

Reciprocal Clubs

PEAK Health and Wellness members receive reciprocal use of several clubs in our system and Fit Life clubs throughout the Northwest.

Reciprocal membership privileges apply to individuals who are active members of one of the clubs listed below. Requires a current account that is not on hold, frozen or terminated. The member must present a key tag and comply with visiting clubs’ rules and regulations.
