Keeping Our Idaho Communities Strong

It started over 30-years ago when a new club, Ironwood Athletic Club, opened it’s doors on Ironwood Drive. At that time servicing a population of approximately 30,000 residents in the greater Coeur d’Alene area, Ironwood Athletic Club became the leader in health and fitness. As the years passed, new locations were added in Hayden and Post Falls. After several renovations and many members later, those clubs became what they are today, PEAK Health & Wellness Centers.

With local, private ownership, PEAK Health & Wellness Centers have been committed to the health and wellbeing of community members since the early 1980s. It is the focus of this local ownership group to provide the best in what the health and fitness industry has to offer. Recently, the Coeur d’Alene location completed a two phase renovation and added a new group fitness & training area along with a brand new front desk, reception, and member lounge.

Additionally, the exciting addition of a 4 court, state-of-the-art tennis facility opened in Hayden, ID on March 2014. This incredible tennis facility is sure to provide a home to tennis players throughout the region, and give an opportunity to community members to discover the great game of tennis. On February 24, 2016 we completed phase two of the tennis center and added on a second story of 10000 square feet to include the weight room, cardio deck, training area with turf and brand new Hot Yoga Studio. We also created two brand new Group Fitness and Group Cycling studios. There is also a unique combination pickle ball court and basketball area.
