“The day after memorial day I injured my back in the weight room with low rows. After about three weeks of resting, I spoke with Bryan about revising my workout routine as this injury had been happening to me at least once a year for the last six or seven years. I had four sessions with Bryan. The first was more of an assessment and to address nutritional concerns. The other three focused on learning the movements. Each week since, I’ve acheived noticeable gains in flexibility and strength. The results also show up in the sports I play – racquetball and golf… I feel stronger, quicker and particularly with Racquetball, I don’t feel sore after I play anymore and my muscles don’t feel tight. Because of the lack of soreness, I also tend to sleep better and have more productive days at work. Bryan guided me with simple, intuitive movement and nutrition protocols. At the end of one workout I truly look forward to the one to come the next day – an experience I haven’t had since my 20s (I’m 45). I couldn’t be more grateful for the guidance from Bryan and the resultant sense of agency over my life and sense of wellness.”
