It started over 40-years ago when a new club, Ironwood Athletic Club, opened its doors on Ironwood Drive. At that time servicing a population of approximately 30,000 residents in the greater Coeur d’Alene area, Ironwood Athletic Club became the leader in health and fitness. As the years passed, new locations were added in Hayden and Post Falls. After several renovations and many members later, those clubs became what they are today, PEAK Health & Wellness Centers.
With local, private ownership, PEAK Health & Wellness Centers have been committed to the health and wellbeing of community members since the early 1980s. It is the focus of this local ownership group to provide the best in what the health and fitness industry has to offer.
With plenty of single station equipment for cardio and strength training in the Cardio Deck and Weight Room, you’ll also find group fitness classes, an Aquatic Center, and indoor sports courts.
