A personal trainer will help you identify achievable goals and develop the most effective and efficient plan with exercises you’ll enjoy. They’ll keep you motivated, hold you accountable, and show you how to get the best out of your time at the gym.
PEAK Health & Wellness offers two complimentary orientations to all new members, which includes a functional movement screening and goal assessment.
One on one personal training, buddy/couple training or small group training are offered at 30- or 60-minute increments, and packages are also available. Look over our training options and talk to one of our trainers to help you decide which is the best for you!
