Step outside your comfort zone with high intensity interval training (HIIT), sessions that alternate between high intensity and rest/recovery.

Extreme Fitness / P90X is structured around “muscle confusion”; that is, the more you confuse your muscles, the harder the body works to keep up. And the more variety you put into working out, the better and faster your results will be. 

Classes are held in the Group Fitness Studio; register for your spot in these classes with the Pulse Access app up to two days in advance.
